Paige earned her B.A. in Communications and Psychology from Texas A&M in 1993, and her Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Houston in 1997. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the American Counseling Associates.
Paige works with all ages helping individuals and families with issues relating to anxiety/stress, depression, grief and loss, PTSD/trauma, self-worth and self-esteem, abuse, ADD/ADHD, various sleep disorders, headaches, concussions/TBI, anger management, cutting, eating disorders, and unhealthy or broken relationships. It is also not unusual for Paige to use unique and creative modalities to assist in healing, such as art, play, music, poetry, and psychodrama. She worked several years as a a youth minister while attending seminary, spent 6 yrs as a teacher and counselor in the public school system, counseled abused women in a hidden shelter, and was appointed to advocate in court for children who had been abused, neglected, or abandoned. Paige has been with Tall Oak Counseling for over 10 yrs, and before that she traveled to the least-reached people of the world in numerous countries sharing love and compassion to those affected by persecution, abuse, and suffering. |
